Meet the Baker

The family behind Little Batch Cookie Co., an Annapolis-based cookie business serving events throughout Maryland.

Hi, I’m Mayce, the baker behind Little Batch.

I started selling cookies when I was three months postpartum. I wanted a way to help support my family, but more than anything, I wanted to be able to stay home with my daughter and be there for the little everyday moments I knew I’d never get back.

So I started baking.

What began as something small in my kitchen slowly turned into Little Batch. Every order means more to me than just a box of cookies. It means I get to keep building something of my own while raising my daughter at home.

Everything is baked in small batches, packed by hand, and made with the same care I’d put into something for my own family.

Thank you for supporting this little business and the reason behind it.

A Little Background

I spent years working in restaurants before starting Little Batch, so food and hospitality have always been a big part of my life.

Now I get to take everything I learned and put it into something of my own.

I like keeping things small. It means I can pay attention to every batch, every order, and every little detail before it leaves my kitchen.

That’s really where the name Little Batch came from.
